About Us

 We are the Mental Health Council of Australia (MHCA). We specialise in mental health all over Australia. Our main office is located in Sydney. This website has been made so that we can help people who have mental health problems or who know others that have a mental health problem. In this site, we provide a blog were you can ask questionsif you are concerned or need help with any mental health issue. We also provide information on some mental health issues such as Anxiety, Bulimia and Depression. If you have anyother concerns, our contact details are provided in the contact tab.

Our Aim 

Our aim is to inform teenager about the different mental health issues and/or problems and ways to help themselves and others live through it.

Our users

Our typical users are teenagers who are struggeling with a mental health disorder or teenagers who know someone who has a a mental health issue and would like to find out information to inform them on how they can help.
