As shown in studies, women suffer from anxiety twice as more than men. Anxiety sufferers see an average of 5 doctors before being successfully diagnosed. 5% of Australians experience anxiety so bad that it affects every aspect of their lives.
Causes
Anxiety is often triggered by stress in our lives. We can make our self anxious by negative self talk. Genetics can also have a role in causing anxiety. Anxiety and panic attacks are among the most common negative reactions to cannabis.
